Eric is a Partner with the Bell Legal Group, focusing primarily on mass tort and complex civil litigation. Eric’s has represented clients in litigation before federal and state courts across the country, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Prior to joining Bell Legal Group, Eric spent over ten years with a large, multi-national law firm representing some of the most sophisticated and innovative clients in the country in regulatory, transactional and litigation matters.
Eric received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law. After law school, he clerked for Chief Judge Ross W. Krumm of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia.
Away from the office, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, Virginia B. Flynn and three boys.
